FBI Hacked Me, Update, music, and special file

Hello all.

I have pushed a small update adding something that the game was lacking, music. I added the music to the title screen but not the rest of the game. I also added a new item to the desktop "Slow FBI Down" it is a one time use only and when deleted will reset the timer. Use it wisely.

Below you will see the entire changelog and bug fixes.

Chagelog
-added opening music.
-created new file "Slow FBI Down" once deleted will reset the timer. One time use only.

Bug Fixes
- Files spawn area tweaked again.

Known Bugs
- Buttons still jittery (need to cut the coffee)
- You can still pick up 2 files at the same time (use it before you lose it)

Future Implements/Ideas (suggestions welcome)

-Implement a leaderboard/highest score. (This is currently being looked into)
-Possible tutorial screen?
-Future expansion of the game by adding levels (still undecided)
-Randomize desktop background (This may be tricky)
