Adventures of Tess Release

This is it, I've finally released my game I had been working on for close to a month. This game was originally intended for the "My First Game Jam Summer 2020" Jam but unfortunately life took over and prevented me from entering the game into the Jam. Instead I've worked on it a little longer and released it at a later date.

The Adventures of Tess is the first platformer game I have created, and thus I have learned a lot about platformer mechanics. So much so that I will continue to work on the game and add things throughout the development as I learn more and experiment with the game idea. Right now as it stands the Adventures of Tess is built to be a speed runner platformer but as I progress in development I plan on adding more of a story line and change things up.

As you play the game you will notice there is only 5 levels, I fully anticipate adding more, and adding levels with different mechanics such as a change in gravity and potentially moving platforms and traps. I'm also currently working on the art style but I will be the first to admit, I'm no talented artist, but I am slowly learning. You will see changes in art style throughout the development as well.
